Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday except for statutory holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
 
Shipment Delivery Providers
We use several different shipment providers based on the location we are shipping to and the reliability of providers in each region. If you have a specific preference in shipment provider, please inform our Customer Service Team with your Order Number within an hour of placing your order.

Return / Exchange Policy

We offer a full refund, less shipping expenses, within the first 10 days of receiving your product.  Please ensure your item is in brand new, unused condition.  All original packaging and accessories must accompany your return.  
The original copy of your purchase invoice must be packed with the product.
Defective/Damaged Products
Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse are not covered by our Return Policy.
Exchanges will be given for defective or damaged items, again, within 15 days of receiving your product.  Please email INFO@BUDBUFFET.CA  for a Return Authorization number. Packages without a clearly marked RA# on the outside of the box will not be accepted and sent back. Mailing of return shipments is at the purchasers expense -we do not cover shipping charges for returned items.  We highly suggest sending your package with insurance and a signature required so that your package is trackable, in the event it goes missing.
Confirmation of receipt will be email to you once your return has arrived back at the warehouse.  Upon inspection of goods,  we will issue a refund to you in the method of payment used for the original purchase.
After 15 days, we will not accept any returns.  If you have purchased an item that comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, please review it and contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
Missing and/or Wrong Product Sent
If you are missing an item from your order, and to ensure a smooth process, please provide details of the item in question along with an image of the packing slip. We require the packing slip from your order to validate what was sent in your parcel. Any incorrectly sent products must be returned unused, unopened and in original packaging. Our team will provide a return label for any product that is required to be shipped back to our depot.
Vaporizers: We strongly recommend that you research your vaporizer of choice prior to purchase to ensure that you are purchasing one that will meet your needs.  You are always welcome to reach out to us at INFO@BUDBUFFET.CA to address any questions prior to purchase.  We do not return used vaporizers unless they are damaged or defective as per our above policy.
